ok so i have a 2002 with the stock wing...I wanna swap it for the cobra r wing, but wanted t oknow if it bolts right up or do you have to drill new holes?? thanks guys

 

I think the frpp catalog has the cobra R wing and it says it need new holes. check out the frpp site, it will tell you.

 

i heard those are good for at least 10 horses. however i wouldnt expect to see too much horsepower increase on the dyno jet, it probably works best when the car is moving[ ]

BTW it wouldnt look right if u only got the wing and not the air dam and hood. my take is that u can make a cobra look like a cobra r b/c its almost like a body kit for a cobra but to put a Cobra R body kit on a GT or even worse a V6 thats pure RICE.

 

The cobra R wing is function for downforce over 70mph I believe, for road racing there is a use and I wouldnt consider it rice... esp if it serves a true function not just decoration

well, sence my back round is imports, i guess i'll have to let you all down and tell you..sure..its a body kit as you say. I am doing the front bumper/grill ect..but didnt like the idea much of drilling holes in the trunk. so i figured id ask and get information from a website made for just that. call it rice i dont really care. I do plan on typical boltons including the paxton charger..but eh' cant make everyone happy. but sence i pay the monthly payments i'll make the car how i want.lol[sm=chairshot.gif]

mac cat-back, BBK headers/H pipe
Mac intake, accufab throttle and plentum/with intake spacer.
windows already tinted
steeda springs
white face guages/ball shift ****...thats on the list for this year(by next june hopefully)
after that who knows....I LOVE turbo's so i would like to go that route insted of supercharger....

no stickers..no markers...just black on black on black.

 

Get black 18" Fr-500's with the little chrome outer edge will look better than gray Saleens. I wouldn't bother with headlight covers. They are already tinted. Go to ebay and get taillight tint stickers.

ok, I can take a body kit and the fobra crap... but keep the pony or I take back my advice about the wing. and then i'll call you names I usually reserve for 2000si.

 

How about this instead....

mach 1 chin spoiler
mach 1 grille delete
saleen rear spoiler
saleen rims
and stock tinted headlights
lowering springs

That will be a nice looking stang.
