will it last?
i have a 97 gt with 95,000 miles on it and i was thinking about puting a supercharger on it , turbos or nos but im not shure if it would beable to handel it with out rebuilding the bottom end. what do you guys think?
It's always inherent that with high mileage, you're bound to break something, just use caution, and don't go over the recommended 7psi on your stock engine... Start out small, with a couple lbs of boost... Gradually step it up.. It's a good idea to replace your head gaskets, and don't forget HIGH OCTANE Gas...
Also, you live in Mass., the air is nice and cool up there, but I'd still use an intercooler. It's just a smart idea to reduce predetonation..

00 Mustang GT - Back in Action, still too slow.....

Lets put it this way. What are the two possible reasons you would want a supercharger? One, more power. Two, to use that power. There's a top half and bottom half. You can't add real hp to only one half. Personally I think you'd be making a mistake if you did it.
