one of my headlights just went out, i am going to go tomorrow to buy new bulbs but wondering if anyone can recommend some brighter lights that are still street legal

 

Sylvanian silver star bright whites are nice that what I have..(sorry I think spelling is off)

 

Silverstars can be picked up at any local Walmart and are more than likely the easiest to get ahold of.

 

Do they make the silver stars for the fog lights, too?

 

Yeah they do, just look for the H3's

 

yea like everyone has said, go silver stars. thats what i am getting when i get my new headlight housings. they are kinda high ($40 a pair) compared to others but i think they are worth every penny.

 

They are brighter just put them in my car as well.

 

the only brand to go with is PIAA! they will run you 80-90 bucks, but I swear they are the best bulbs on the street. this is the 3rd car in a row that ive run PIAA's in and i will never buy anything else.http://www.piaa.com/. you wont be disappointed.

 

I`ve got a set of Sylvania Silverstar 9007 myself. They are brighter and I guess worth $40. I wouldnt like to go back to yellow stock bulbs.
Some people had issues with their brightness in the rain, but I never had any problems.

if u have the money u could pick up a full H.I.D kit pretty cheap... around 250/300 bux
