Looks like you need a tune man. Get to a local shop and have em dyno tune it. It solved my problems. What cam you go with???

there are fuel tables and idle rpm that need to be adjusted for larger cams. Do you have a hand held tuner? if not dyno tune is a must to get those correct values in your pcm. Good luck.

do NOT run your cams w/out a tune... that is just stupid.

I had my cams un-tuned from the time that a local shop installed them, then drove to the guy that was gonna tune it... The car sounded like **** and I was sure I was doing damage to the engine.... Ticked like CRAZY

Dont do it. Its not good for ur car.

There could be several reasons, but it's very likely it just needs tuning.

Did you get the TF stage 1's? What kind of clearance did you have when you measured them?

A tune is an absolute MUST with new cams. You might get away without a tune on Stage 1s but you're losing out on most of the gains you're looking for. Also, did you properly degree the cams or did you use the Ford method? The Ford method can be off by as much as 4 degrees.
