Replaced Head gasked - lost power.
I recently replaced both head gaskets on my '00 Mustang GT. Along with that I had our local machine shop bore the block and installed new LT headers. After putting everything together - my car lost all the power. I checked fuel pressure at the rails - 30psi, spark plugs seem to be alright... it doesn't smoke or has a leak...
My friend thinks it's and ignition problem - the timing must be wrong.
Could this be the problem? If so - what is a fix for it?
Thank you.

.... anyone?
I just need to know if ignition could really be that issue. As i understand - on this and later model stangs it's no longer set mechanically and requires a tuner.
So before i ditch out a few $$ on a new tuner, I need to know it tuner will really solve the ignition problem and if these symptoms are characteristic of one...

Sadly - i don't have a tuner. And don't have that many mods to purchase one. Even more - i can't take it to a dyno tune because it doesn't have any power. I'm thinking on fuel injectors? is there a way to get those tested without sending them out?
Or its possible for timing chain to skip one tooth - what would be the symptoms on that?
