Default Slop is Steering...?

My steering has a little bit of play in it and I would like to fix it? I was hoping that it is gonna be the steering shaft as it would probally be the cheapest thing to replace. Any suggestions? Brad

It could be a few things, the steering shaft, inner tie rods, tie rod ends, the rack.... Did u jack up the front and shake down the wheels to check for play?

Worn rubber rag join on factory steering shaft, the heat thrown off from long tubes often kills them fast due to the fact its almost right next to them.

Probably should have started your own thread now people are going to answer your ?'s and the OP's ?'s on a dead thread and it is going to get confusing
