Default Fuel setup

Im in the process of a supercharged motor build. My question is what do i need in terms of an upgraded fuel pump/accesories? I know 98s are a pita with the way the fuel setup is. Im looking to make around 450 500rwhp. Any suggestions on what i should go with?

Depends on how much $$ ya wanna spend. I'm not too up on the SN95's, is the fuel system basically the same as the new edges?

Hey,
I researched this as well, I am doing a V1 kit,but I only want 350-380 rwhp. From what I've found after about 400HP the gas tank baffling becomes an issue and either a custom tank, or a cobra set up is needed. At 500hp you will def need to modify the tank and prolly dual pumps. Try this link, www.glennsperformance.com. They have a bunch of setups ready to go. Also search for fuel tank upgrade in the search function. Good luck

not sure about the 98's stock setup but, depending on injectors/tune, you might be able to get away with a 255lb SVT focus pump and a Kenne bell boost-a-pump. i know of a couple turbo cars runnin like this pushin high 400's. of corse, i've also heard if you run it like this, dont go below 1/4 tank of gas and expect to go WOT without something happening.

but if you feel like you wanna go more than 450-500, get a sumped tank or cobra tank w/ dual pumps.

Get a 97 tank and drop in a 255lph
Wire the pump to a constant 12v
I think I went over this with you before

if your goal is 450-just under 500 rwhp you don't need dual cobra pumps. I got myself Focus fuel pump, Kenne Bell BAP, blower cams, in terms of a MAF I pegged my Lightning meter around 450 rwhp or slightly under. I recommend Pro 92 Meter with andersen power pipe both pieces are 4 inches.

If you have a tune you can use the tunes software to send a constant 12v
