Default getting to cd player

i have a 96 gt with a mach 460 stereo and cd player and i bought a line out so that i could wire an amp to it. i was wondering how do you get the center console apart so i can get into the cd player? also, how do i take the back seat out? i read in a magazine that there are to pressure pins or something like that that i need to hit, where are they?

if you bought a line out theres no need to mess with the radio, you can just tap into any speaker wire, if its for a sub tap in the trunk right by the "subwoofer" mounted on the ceiling of the trunk. as far as the tabs go on my 03 they are almost directly behind each of the seats, just run a flathead screwdriver underneath each side untill you hit something solid, then push in with it and they shoulp pop right out

Yeah dont pull the stereo at all to add a sub. Heres a really good way to do it without doing much at all.
