Default New Upgrade

Well, I signed into mustang forums with a 01 3.8L v6 AT. I just traded it in for a 5-spd 04, 40th anniv, GT. Pictures to follow. What is the best recommended parts to tweak the timing and compression, along with the best gear ratio for power transfer after adding cold air, flashing the chip, and tweaking the other stuff, just a couple questions, and im open to suggestions. Pictures to follow
