i thought they went away after the new intake?? that sucks man, i'm hoping to go to a tuner here in town and make sure my tune has the EGR turned off. and the delete was done when i bought the car, it just has a steel block-off plate on it, there's no leaks around it tho.

What is blocking off the exhaust manifold port? I bought the lethal performance kit, the cap for the header is perfect fit no leaks but the block off plate would make a whistle noise when i gave it slight throttle...i just JB Welded the damn egr hole in my plenum and the whistle went away meaning the plate was leaking even with a gasket...I just changed out both o2 sensors (waiting for the mailman to drop off the o2 extension harnesses from AM since I also rigged my own extension but Im sick of doing that) once they get here im going to try it out, I did throw a P1132 earlier today which is too rich, so im confused maybe its the o2 sensors, im going to put in a new fuel filter as well tonight, if this doesnt work then im going to check my fuel pressure and i hope it isnt the fuel pump, it could be the fuel pressure reg

it looks like the guy bought a kit too, cause the pipe coming off the header is sealed with a plug. also you sealing the blockoff plate might be the fix for me, cause i'm having the same symptoms. i was getting a o2 slow response code from an exhaust leak that i fixed last night so hopefully sealing that plate will do the trick. also i threw the same 1132 code a while ago, but after clearing them it didn't come back, just the same 1131 and 1151.

I got the same EGR delete on my car with no issues. It should leak unless the plate is warped or the gasket is bad.

The plate was probably warped. U changed my fuel filter and both o2 sensors and so far I haven't thrown any codes. I'll keep everyone posted. Now my iac is sticking because sometimes it idles at 1500. Also I get a misfire when giving it throttle from idle until it warms up after a cold start but I'm not showing any codes

Ok so I bought a summit fuel pressure gauge and mounted it to the fuel rail. What should it read at idle? When I unplug the vacuum line to the fprs it goes to 40. I ran new vac lines from plenum to frps and from plenum to the t that run into firewall and to evap. still throwing the 1131 1151. Would having Bosch oxygen sensors be the prob. Should I try motorcraft

fwiw i have bosch sensors and i've been getting 1131 and on occasion 0174. i may have an exhaust leak at the manifold/midpipe connection but i'm not sure.

does anyone know a foolproof way to check for vacuum leaks?

this may be a dumb question, but I thought our cars had a returnless system with a FPDM, so they don't have the vacuum line going to the rail right? I tested my fuel pressure and it was 28-29 at idle and my manual says its supposed to be between 40-70. I'm thinking my pump is tapped out because I already replaced my filter. Any help?
