and for the intake, you can get a replacement stocker used for like 100 bucks on this forum or ebay, or a brand new one for 200$.

since its getting replaced you may as well just put a PI intake on it. its fairly easy to install and will add some better top end for you. click the "how to install" button and thats the exact writeup for installing a PI intake on an NPI car.

Missed your post just prior to mine. Sorry to hear about the intake. I do agree about irritating to read...
"Stock" as far as I know is the best for essentially stock motors (some bolt on parts only) anyhow. If you get some porting done and new cams there are alternatives and yes like everything for a modular they are not cheap. I don't know about the PI with it though - never heard of anyone doing just that. Good luck...

they even make adapter plates to adapt the PI mani to NPI heads if you wanna spend a little extra cash on those for "more security". i dont have a link but im sure a google search will turn them up.

OOOHHH NOOO,mor mny into the pony. GEEEZ will it eva stop?? Passenger side,rear or intake rght above #4cyl..... Yea,full of colant,GREAT.....#3 wet as well...Thnk i fnd the prob,who designed those dang plasti-fiber intakes,its craked? SO ive been told the 4.6L gt is notorious for this... SO folk's MO'MNY,into the mny pitt..... Any good ideas whr to get a good intake??? Cheap??? looked at some like 700.Buks,cant handle that,rght now but gotta fix her,used?? yea rght wijnd up with wht i got alrdy rght...lol Jus wanna get a staock one i guess,cheapest 4 now,She get me around for a year,an im gnna dat 4.6,an da computer,n shove a carburated 351 in her,got plans for her but need her to get me rnd for a while. love the car,fun.
