Default Trouble code P0303

My scanner kicked the trouble code P0303 for a misfire on cylinder 3 and I'm going to replace it, but which cylinder is that? Driver side or Passenger side?

Misfire codes do not automatically mean an ignition problem, in fact the PCM has no idea what caused the misfire.

Click here to see how the misfire monitor works;

Click here for what the shop manual says about P0303.

Cylinder 3 is 3rd from the front on the passenger side:

If you can physically feel a miss, its most likely a bad coil. Like cliffy said its not always the case, but I can almost assure you 100% that replacing the #3 coil and plug will fix the issue

Had the same code, swapped my plug and it fixed it.
