Default Huge problems. PATS?

Okay first off, hello everyone.
My Ride:
1999 35th Anniversary GT
White

Okay, the car was in a flood. Now, the car had an aftermarket remote start. Which I took out. All the cars dash lights come on when the key is OFF, if you keep the ignition off for to long the THEFT light blinks and keeps the car from starting. Even the mileage is on [No numbers just looks like this (--------)], so ive changed all of the following.
Ignition module.
Starter.
Alternator.
Is the ECM bad?
PATS system faulty?
There are relays underneath the dash, which I unplug and NOTHING works.
Some help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear that bud, flood cars cause all kinds of crazy problems. Most people think well the interior was replaced and its not rusted out and runs so it must be good. Farrrrr from the truth. You can have wirring that is rotted/corroded inside its insulation along with all kinds of damaged electrical components. Did this car run fine before you removed the remote starter or was it like this ever since it was flooded? If it was your in for a hell of a time chasing electrical gremlins. The only right way to repair a flood car is replace ALL of the wirring.

Most of the wires look good. It wasnt in the flood for along time. Maybe a half hour. it didnt even mess the old alternator up. When we got it all dried out, with a fan overnight and it was HOT outside,(early October) the theft light was blinking. It wouldnt start. So I took the remote start out and it started right up.

If it cranks and does not start, you need to first find out if you are getting fuel, fire, both, one, neither. Then you can diag it from there. It could be a millions things without this info.

i would start by seeing if i could communicate with the pcm with a scan tool, if not, diag that problem first. you are in for a world of electrical nightmares. i would let a professional handle it
