Cruise Control and Cigarette Lighter Not working.

Cruise Control and Cigarette Lighter Not working.
98 mustang GT. I have pulled all fuses and they are all good. As for the Cruise i also checked at the TB and everything is attached, everything looks good. The cigarette and aux port arent working. I pulled the shift boot and all wires are connected. Im lost.

Try swapping the fuse with a known working circuit with the same amp rating. If it still doesn't work, then check the entire circuit for bad grounds/damaged wires. Are you getting power at the lighter/cc? if so then theres a bad ground somewhere.

Does your mustang have the clock on dash?
if you do and that is not working its a fuse issue or short.
CC, Lighter and clock are on the same fuse.
If fuse keeps popping check the wiring from these devices for a short.
