This is why I hate sensors and relays for fans.. I personally like just having a toggle on it or creating my own temp switch..

Yeah I considdered that or convert it to a bolt on fan. There are electric mod kits for the older belt drive type I could convert to, but i would like the stock system to work TBH.

Not a fan of belt drives myself, anything that causes parasitic loss (no matter how minute) is something I wouldn't go for.. Even use an electric water pump.. I hear you though, no reason the stock shouldn't work.. I know a lot about electrical, unfortunately I don't have much knowledge on SN95s..
