Default accufab TB and plenum install

so i just got a tb and plenum off ebay. they are already put together. my questions are no i need a gasket for the tps, and the egr? also i believe my car has a steeda plenum spacer underneath the stock plenum. should i remove that when i install the accufab piece? thanks. also is it safe to install this without a dyno tune?

Gaskets yes, you can install with the spacer, no need for a tune.
