It really doesn't matter which one as they are pretty much all alike. That said, if you are not planning on doing you own tuning then buy which ever system the local shop uses--which is likely to be SCT.

If you do plan on tuning it yourself then the best value system is Delta Force's Commando. It's not a "handheld", but a PC based system that allows you to alter any aspect of the tune.

As to power gains, other then the X-pipe and catback you haven't done anything that will gain a lot; the shorties may add a bit, the CAI adds nothing. I would expect that with a well done tune, optimised for premium fuel, you would be at 235 to 240 rwHP peak, with more noticeable but similar percentage increases in the mid-range.

An after market upper plenum and 70mm or 75 mm TB would gain another 10 to 12 rwHP at peak and extend the usable power band right up to the rev-limiter, with again a noticeable but lesser percentage gains in the middle.

Like Cliffy said you may be around 240 rwhp. It just depends. Just remember that dynos can vary, so don't get your heart set on a specific number.

With cams, ported heads, and a good tune its possible. Without the cams or heads you wont come close.

Save the intake manifold for last, you will likely find it is not necessary.

Are you planning to do your own tuning or pay a shop? If the former then I recommend Delta Force Commando...

Then you don't really need a tuner at all, the SCT Eliminator can hold four tunes any or all of which can be loaded to the chip by an SCT tuning shop--and you can switch tunes "on-the-fly".
