Well last night everything was running perfect and had my buddy install amp and sub last night works really well and then took it for a 30 mit drive and all of the sudden the car is really ticking like a loud ticking noise and it speeds up as i rev it a little then today since the car was cold it went away but you can still hear it brother said it might be a rod and might change the oil asap but thought maybe you guys would know and what to do... thanks

Can you try saying all of that in sentence form so it makes more sense?

Is the sound actually coming from the engine bay? You said you JUST put an amp and sub in; if the amp isn't wired quite right (or has other problems) it could be making a ticking noise that is in sync with the engine rpms.
And BTW, your 2nd post still isn't in sentence form.

Well i just went outside and turned the car on and it made the noise but then i revd it a little and it went away

then i turned the car off and went to start it again and it wouldent start
finally got the car to start and it didnt make any noise again but turned it off until i can get someone to look at it

Unhook the amp/stereo stuff and see if that changes anything. Could be feed back if the power line is catching engine noise.

Ticking from the motor itself is usually an exhaust leak at the manifold or a valve/timing issue.

How many miles are on your car? and how hard were you on it right before it started to tick?
