Camber/caster adjustments
So I took my car to get aligned and they "technician" said rack and pinion bushing are cracked (does not matter to me its a little rubber piece that ripped off) and theirs minute play on the inner tie rod (doesnt concern me either). I asked him to fix the caster and camber and he only corrected the camber by .2 degrees. So I now am deciding to move the camber plate out more to correct the negative. Caster is Positive.
Does this mean for caster to be correted, I would have to move the plate to the front of the car? I understand negative camber has to be corrected by moving the plate towards the outside of the car.

Yes... negative camber is decreased by shifting the plate toward the outside of the car. Positive camber is added by moving the plate toward the back of the car.
Depending on your driving needs, a little to a lot of negative camber is a good thing, although it can be hard on the inner edge of tires. Adding caster is nearly always a good thing, in that it helps to maintain a larger contact patch of tire on the road surface. Especially if one is running wider than OEM tires/wheels up front.
Are you into harder cornering, 1/4 mile or just DD duties?

I am slightly confused by your use of the phrase "to correct" the caster or camber.
As JAZZER mentioned, their are benefits to both caster and camber. Why are you trying to adjust your settings yourself? It is a shame to pay for an alignment and then immediately loosen the nuts and start moving the setting around.
