starting problems

my problem is that it takes awhile to start on some days other days it fires right up.
the comp. has been lowered to 9.5 still has stock computer in it the injectors have a rattle ive never heard before buts not in the engine change the fuel filter thought mybe tha was it but still hard to start, but when running it goes like hell
if anybody has any ideas please let me know any information would be helpful
