Default 4.6 build, What do I need? Christmas in March!

Ok guys, I currently have an 01 Gt with procharger D1SC. Right now I am at the max with hp 425 rwhp and 400 rwtq. STOCK 4.6. Only thing I dont have are headers.

I am about to purchase a 2001 GT 4.6 with no heads for $250 bucks! I think it sounds like a good deal. Has 69k miles. What my goals are- Budget Build for 500-550 max max max 600 rwhp. I want it to be streetable and be able to drop right in when I am done with it. Problem, I have never done this but will have the right help, and will be taking my sweet time.

I need from you guys are suggestions.... a list if you will to get me to my goals. If you could be specific for example forged internals- I want to know exact names, sizes, that will fit. I can also swap things from my current motor once I get to the end of the project so keep that in mind. Sorry for being a BBBB but I am some what of a noob. Any questions feel free to ask.

Thank you thank you thank you for any help or suggestions you can make.

Check out houstonperformance.com for your rotating assembly. Definately go forged. As far as sizes all depends on what you want as far as you compression ratio and if you want stock stroke or if you want a stroker (I stroked mine to 302ci). Upgrading your heads and intake will make a big difference especially when you are dealing with forced induction, and the long tube headers would be a great addition as well. You could also look into a water/methanol injection kit ("sno kit")
