Default Best suspension mode for the $?

What do you guys recommend? I am heading to North Caroline for some sport driving here in a few weeks, and the 'Stang could sure use a little help in this area. What do I need first? I not too familiar with the performance aspect of the Mustang when it comes to suspension.

What are you looking for? Increased cornering performance or launches?

Lowering springs will get that car to hug the road much better turning...

Do new shocks and struts, lowering springs and if you want it to stick get a bigger sway bar. That will help it out alot. At least i know it helped me out alot

YOu should check out tire rack, I just ordered the Eibach Sportline kit. Includes springs and shocks/struts for around $500. It's gonna hug corners like mad now and look tons better.[sm=drooldude.gif]

What are c/c plates and do you absolutely need them when you put a lowering kit on?

C/C is short for caster/camber plates. And from what I've heard any drop of more than 1.5" then you need them or you can't align the car back to spec afterwards.

hey sorry about this question. JT2000 what does your car run in the 1/4mile? those mods are basically the same mods i want to put into my 2000 GT. thanks.

back to the subject. im planning on getting the sportline for my gt. ive heard they are good from a lot of people. i was wonding though if it would be more of a pain to drive when its lowered avoiding bumbs and bottoming out. i have a saleen bodykit on it i dont know if that makes it a little lower

sub frame connectors will help out with the body roll as well.

I don't have much time...so I am thinking of subframe and strut brace to reduce body roll...

What should I use, Steeda?
