Well when you don't install all the pieces to the exhaust that will tend to happen.

Get it fixed, no one wants to hear your exhaust leak.

Which exhaust combo? Just the x pipe with stock mufflers? Also did you use mil eliminators? Where's the leak? Did something not fit snugly?

UPR offroad x-pipe with Flowmaster Super 44's welded into the factory catback. No MIL eliminators. It's leaking on the catback side where the x-pipe connects to the other piece of the x-pipe (it's a two piece) I didn't put on the metal gasket ring thing so I'll have to do that. It fit in nicely but apparently I need that part. I think it may also be leaking where it connects to the exhaust manifold on the driver side so I'll have to tighten up some bolts and reposition it a bit.

The reason I got this setup is because of a youtube video, I know youtube video's aren't the best of quality and it doesn't capture the complete sound but mine doesn't really sound like this at all. I hope it's cause of the leaks otherwise I'm disappointed.

Same setup as me.

Could just be me , but I have the pypes offroad x- pipe with flowmaster 40's and mine doesn't sound like that either. I think it has headers on it.

I wouldn't think it would sound the same. The 40's have a different sound and I think a lot of the sound depends on the type of x-pipe. My x-pipe totally canceled out the old sound of the 44's. I'll be checking out the exhaust leak in the morning before work. Hope the fixing the leak changes the sound.

Do you have headers on yours?

Sometimes it's really hard. It took me 30 minutes to loosen the bolts with a 1000 dollar impact air wrench.

The passenger side bottom bolt that is close to the starter is stripped, i dont really know if i should try to remove it or just wait for the shop next week.

what do you guys think would fit in there like breaker bar or bolt extractor wise?
