Haynes manual will tell you this info, but I will see if I can do this off the top of my head.

1. Disconnect the battery
2. Drain antifreeze and oil.
3. Remove air intake tube
4. Disconnect the throttle/cruise cables and set them aside
5. Remove radiator hoses, heater hoses, radiator fan and radiator
6. Remove the 4 10MM bolts that hold the power steering pump on, leave lines attached and lower out of the way
7. Remove the A/C compressor bolts and leave the lines attached and set it aside.
8. Disconnect all wiring including ground wires.
9. Disconnect the fuel lines
10. Remove the starter, cuss at top bolt.
11. Remove motor mount nuts and/or disconnect mounts from block
12. Remove exhaust mid pipe.
13. Remove all bellhousing bolts and engine spacer bolts
14. Support transmission with jack
15. Remove hood
16. Attach chains and pull engine.

I don't remember everything your going to have to do a little common sense thing and look for yourself.
But you can leave the engine harness on the engine to pull it. Just unplug the large square plug (10mm bolt?) on the passenger firewall and put it on top of the engine. Undo the starter wires and all the brackets that hold the wiring for that on the engine just follow that harness from the starter to battery and undo it anywhere it is attached to engine. you leave this harness in the car.
Undo the O2's and trans harness this also stays in the car.
Undo the ground on the driver motor mount and don't forget to reattach when you put motor back in

Also remember to pull the engine slowly. It helps to have a partner so you can find those wires that you may have forgotten to disconnect. Such as the aforementioned ground on the D/S motor mount that I ripped in half....

once you figure out the right combination of extensions and where to go thru the k-member that top starter bolt is very easy to get in and out
