I recently purchased a 2000 gt mostly stock. A friend of mine has a v6 that runs but doesn't drive but it has a dual exhaust flow masters and a k&n air intake. He doesn't need the parts and would probably sell them cheap. Would they work on a v8 stang or is that not a good idea?
get the mufflers but inspect for rust, no go on the intake. you might want to get his center dash piece as a back up incase your breaks one day. are his seats better? what year is his car?
Not sure what year his is but it is the same style as mine. Even if I just took the mufflers I could always weld them on to the stock pipes right? My car only has an MRT h pipe everything else is stock as far as the exhaust goes.
you should be able to cut your old mufflers off and have a shop weld new ones into place. it helps to know the pipe sizes tho. they can be up to 3" on some applications.
