Default Do I have a cobra engine?

I know that sounds like a stupid question up front. The long short of it is I'm buying a parts car. It's a 2001 base body that HAD a v6, but I was told the engine was swapped out of it, and this current one previously had a supercharger on it. the SC is gone, but the swapped engine remains. It appears to be from a 96-98 cobra. This http://imgur.com/zmezUqU is a picture of it. Is there any serial or any way to tell for sure what it is? I'm having her towed to my place tomorrow, and I'd love to know exactly what I got my hands on. Thanks!

I should mention the heads where the usual SVT tags are were removed and painted as you can see in the picture

Make sure you know the correct way to refill and burp the cooling system.

yep that's a B head 4v and yep that was a really good deal.Does the motor run at all?Burping them is actually pretty easy.Make sure you clean the IMRC's if it still has them.Never mind I just rechecked that pic and don't see the control cables for them.
