I hope that's not the problem though honestly cause there is a good probability the cyliners will need bored or at least honed good.

pb blaster , liquid wrench , wd 40. something along those lines. If you can find a gallon jug of wd40 and dump it in each cylinder and let it soak for a day. But it will have to soak . Also before pulling the head the coolant needs drained out.

Generally cylinders wont sieze up like that from sitting for a year but if there was a lot of moisture or any coolant from a blown head gasket or leaking intake it is possible.

When I just took the head loose and moved it. The coolant started coming out.

Yes, took the rad. Off it all drained out at least I thought. But obviously it didn't. Cause more came out once the head came away from the block.

Nah not yet haven't went and gotten a balancer remover yet. So I can't take my timing chain cover off yet.

I'm sure you are aware but when you take the heads off the motor when in the car I'm pretty sure there are some of the head bolts that will not come all the way out. You will need to pull them up and use tape or wire ties to hold them up until you lift the head out.
