Starter Problem

Default Starter Problem

i just finished my pi head swap and the starter does not crank. checked all fuses and relay but there all good. jumped the starter with a screwdriver and it works. the theft light does not come on so its not pats. any ideas?

Did you reconnect the power wires from the battery, alternator, and central junction box?

found out the problem, the oxygen sensor was unplugged and somehow interfered with the circuit. i plugged it back in and it started. pi heads are definitely worth it

Wow!!! I just posted "Electrical Gremlins".... Could that be my problem??? That wire that goes to one of the O2 sensors has been burned (by fire under the car)... It could be shorting out and keeping the car from turning over!! What so you think? I did not see this post before I posted or would have waited until I checked it out! Rockfoot
