Car dies without throttle
So recently I changed a few of the spark plugs in my 2002 saleen. I also cleaned the MAF, IAC, and TB. The TB gasket was shredded so i replace it but didn't know it had to be a BBK TB instead of the stock one and the car wouldn't start, so I ordered one from BBK and installed it today, but the car will now start and and die off unless I keep on the throttle.
Heres a video:

Would this possibly be a vacuum leak? Bad IAC?
Any help or suggestions is appreciated!

There is something to be said about an idle relearn procedure when you install some new stuff and have the battery disconnected, however you could try replacing the IAC. I know cleaning does not always mean the IAC is good.
Any codes? Has the SES light ever came on?

I actually have another GT and I swapped out the IAC with one that I know works from the GT, and did the same for the MAF. Haven't checked for codes yet, and am actually trying to decide if I should buy a code reader or which one to buy. And it only comes on before I crank the car which i think is usual.
The cheapest route to go when it comes to code scanners, (in the event that you have a smart phone) purchase a ELM327 bluetooth module off ebay...they range from 10 - 20 bucks or so. And download the app Torque. You get a fully functioning code scanner, plus your able to see all of your sensor data in real time. Ive been running this set up for awhile now...works great... as for your issue...if your IAC or MAF sensor didnt fix the issue..next on my checklist would be fuel...possible clogged fuel filter...or fuel pump going bad? checking your fuel rail pressure should give you an idea... other than that... my only guess is something within the computer.

I've heard that the Torque app sometimes doesn't show every code, has it been as reliable as a regular code reader? But yeah I've got another fuel filter I'll throw on this weekend and see if that helps anything
Ive seen no issue with it. I've got long tubes on my car and it pulls up the pending O2 sensor codes every now and then. Thats the only issue ive really had considering the ECU so i can't say much more. but i mean... 25 bucks isn't bad for a full featured code scanner... Or once you track this issue down you can go with the handheld tuner route.
