Default misfiring on acceleration

Hello , I just bought a 2003 gt with automatic transmission. The car only has 24k original miles and is completely stock other than the flowmaster dual exhaust I just had put on. I just noticed that when I do a " burn out " it has a miss . Does fine at first but cuts out after about 2 seconds and bogs down briefly , then catches back up. It runs great after that , even on the highway. I checked all the plugs and they seem to be firing find . At least by looks. I checked fuel filter and it was stopped up a little so I replaced it. I know there are may causes that this could be. Would just like to know which I should check first. Any helpful comments would be appreciated. Thanks

sounds like the traction control is kicking in or a dirty throttle body or coil going bad like whitefox said

Have you tried to turn traction control off before you attempt a burn out ? And if it's missing on the highway you most likely have a coil pack going out. You need a good scan tool to pinpoint the misfire if there aren't any codes being set in the computer yet

could also be a plug that is misfiring, not just the coil
