Its for a 96-98 but its still for a 4.6, would it work on my 02 4.6?? Why or why not, thanks

i don't see why it wouldn't, but I don't know. I'd be weary of buying used chargers. "it works great" Doesn't mean he hasn't opened it up and checked the blades to be sure there's no chips in them.

it should. if it's anything like the vortech kits, the same head unit is used for 96-04, you'd just have to buy a different mounting kit for your particular year. i bought my vortech used from a guy with a 99GT. i had to pay $279 for a new mounting kit for my 04 from superchargersonline.com (one of our sponsors).
