Default PROPER SHOCK ADJUSTMENT

i got a set of shocks and struts comin tomorrow for my 02 GT. i ordered the 5-way adjustable Tokico Shocks and Struts and i was wondering what settings would be best for the front and rear. the settings on the shocks are 1=softest and 5=stiffest. i just want the car to ride nice but lock up when dropping the clutch at the line. i also have a set of Eiback sportline lowering springs on the car, so the car rides pretty rough right now. i want comfort but performance traction, so any recomendations on what i should set the shocks at before i put them in the car, thanks!
