Default Wiring harness completion

Can't seem to find out where this wire (the one that looks like a miniature spark plug boot on a lawnmower) hooks up and what's it for!? TIA

Its a ground, and it hooks up to the driver side rear bolt/stud for the fuel rail.

So my new intake came with new bolts that I can't hook the ground to the top of. I'm guessing to splice the wire and put a ring in it and ground it hat way??
