Default Clutch pedal is making 'sticky' noise

When I lower the clutch all the way in, and then let it out, it makes a noise like a spring or something when I just start letting it out. This does not happen all the time, just sometimes. It's like my clutch pedal has a brain of its own, likes to get on my nerve when I want to murder other drivers.

It sounds like the quadrant is adjusted all the way out. I just had my clutch replaced about three weeks ago. (93K miles) Clutch had 25% still on it but they told me the quadrant was all the way out which is what was causing my symptom that sounds a lot like yours.
