The fuel tank needs replacing on my 1998 GT:

(hmm, picture loading tool stops at 90% whatever I do, and it's *not* a big file). It shows a lot of rust . . .

The fuel tanks and modules I'm finding all seem to say that they're for California smog.

I think, but cannot tell for certain, that mine came from California.

Is there a way to tell?

And would the tank and fuel pump module actually be different on California and 49 state models for 1998?
