Default EVAP Code P0455

After a v6 engine swap, finally have everything functioning properly but I have a pending code P0455. I've been driving the car trying to complete the drive cycles but catalyst and evap are both not ready. I've always passed with the catalyst not being ready but the evap monitor was ready. Now, unfortunately I get the evap code after the engine swap. I noticed this in the engine and was wondering if this is how it is supposed to be and even if it has anything to do with the evap. Any help appreciated. If someone has good photos of 99 to 01 cobra engines that would be great also, so that I can confirm everything under the hood. I've been using Google images but they aren't close up or detailed enough.

Thanks
Chris
