You don't need tires to beat him; $500 for a nitrous kit and you'll destroy him and many, many other cars.

I hate ignorant drivers who want to know what it takes to beat a 2 liter turbo and don't even have the money to mod their car.

If you have that much hate and roadrage maybe you should first take some anger management lessons and then perhaps give up your license. I'd hate to see you lose to a turbo sleeper Civic.
