Im in the process of grabbing some new headers as well. SLP and Bassani are said to be the best brands of headers, but BBK is right there and MAC is not all that bad either. I am going with BBK because I don't want to spend more money for fractional performance gains. Basically your paying for the SLP/Bassani name tag that comes with their products. I would go with BBK.

As far as type, if your looking for the best performance and sound gains, the only way to go is Long Tube Headers. If you want to get it done right, don't buy anything less than Long Tubes.

Good Luck.

The only thing about long tube is that i herd if you do have alot of HP like 350 you will lose HP instead a gaining it. Is this true???

I can't see that being very true. LT Headers are to help you and your GT reach that 350 mark. And even with nitrious giving an extra boost, I can't ever see headers being harmful to a HP gain. And plus unless you have an engine swap, the 350 mark on a GT w/o nitrious is a prestigeous mark. I think Code3GT ran a 373rwhp or something with his 01' GT and he has just about everything.

Anyway, here is my thread I posted about a week ago.. It has some very good information about headers and exhaust because some very informative people helped me out.
