Hi, I live in the country..and I am storing my mustang in our work shop for the winter. I parked it 2 weeks ago and iwent to look inside today and there is sure evidence of mice being tehre. So i am wonderin how everyone else keeps the mice away when there vehicle is in storage. Any ideas that have been working for people would be niec.

mouse traps, poison, moth *****, make the storage place air tight...etc

we put our cars in 'carbags' as they are called, put mothballs all over under the car in the bag, and even place a couple small cups of them outside the bag

but poison isnt really an option cause of our cats, and the outside cat is doglike as in she checks out everything so i dont want to find a poisoned cat out by my car some day

(if only the dog woudl drink some draino though... thats what im hopin for christmas)

get a pellet gun and a 12 pack and sit out near your car and pick em off

 

Mouse traps around your car. Leave the dead ones around for a couple days, the live mice will get the idea!

 

i saw this on dirty jobs, for mouse traps to be most effective u must put them along the oustide perimiter of the building. this is because mice hardly ever go out in the open to move around or something like that

 

I remember that dirty jobs. Put traps along walls and things, mice cannot see well so they almost alway walk along a wall.
