Default bucking problem

hey i have an 00 gt 5-spd. when im below 2k rpms in 3-5th gear and hit the gas about halfway or more my car will buck. almost like it not getting enough gas, like when you let out the clutch to fast without gas from a stop. it sometimes does it to about 2500 rpms but not as much. does anyone know what this could be? do i need a tune up and what else can i do about this. thanks

Agreed. When you let the RPM's get to low in the power gears, you will encounter some bucking as you get back on the gas. Therefore you should really be down shifting when your slowing down..

No problem.. If it really becomes a problem I would definitely get it checked out, because yes there's a slight jerk getting back up to higher RPM's, but if your really bucking out like the car is about to stall, get it checked out definitely.

as stated above pretty normal. Look at the torque, HP curve on the car, doesn't hit it's stride until around 3K through 6k then falls flat on it's face.
