Hey whats the redline on an 02 GT stick? Is it 6500?

Rev limiter is at 6,200rpm. If you have a 5 speed and floor it from a stop it should go right up to the rev limiter and bang off of it.

Do not rev it that high. There is know need to. If you have don interal motor work then yes. I set mine to 6,500, only because of the s/c I would bang off the rev limiter in first all the time I spun the tires. My motor will sping the tires at 6,300 and then drop to 6,000 and I shift. If I open her up I shift at 6,000. I hope that helps

you pretty much stop making power at about 5500 anyway, so there's no need to really keep it going.
