1. Remove the inner trunk panel on the drivers side of the car and
look for a large plastic box with a gray plug with 2 connectors.
It will have a GRAY/YELLOW & WHITE/YELLOW wires
2. Turn ignition key to the run position. Short the 2 connectors
with a screwdriver and the locks will lock and unlock to
confirm you are in programming mode
3. press any button on transmitter==locks will lock and unlock to
confirm acceptance of programming code.
4. At this time do the same for any additional transmitters
5. Turn ignition off and locks will cycle again to indicate end of

RE: keyless entry reset! help....
This is for the '02 Mustang GT:
Do this:
Have your remote(s) with you in the car.
Put the key into the ignition, and turn off-on 8 times quickly.
The car will cycle the door locks to tell you it's ready to program your remotes (be sure the ignition
ends up in "on". If you go too fast, you'll get the locks to cycle and might end up with the key in
"off". If so, do it again until you end up in "on" after the locks cycle).
Press any key on each remote (I used the "lock" button) that you wish to program. Do not
turn the ignition key from "on" to "off" until you are done with all remotes (maximum of 4) or you'll
have to start over.
Turn the ignition off.
Check your remotes.
If it didn't work for all remotes, do it again.
Easy, takes less than 30 seconds to reprogram all your remotes (including new ones).
