What is the best brand hp wise and money wise?

Definitely MAC for price.. But don't forget about BBK.. They perform extremely well and cost half of what other top brands do.
SLP is also another great choice, but more on the expensive side.

Im going with BBK LT's.

whatever you end up getting go with ceramic coated. they contain the heat better and don't discolor like the chrome.

MAC's are the cheapest for sure, only running you like $380. The BBK's will be around the 500 range. Even though the MAC's make a few extra horse less than the BBK's or other brands, you can't beat $380 for LT's. And that's why I'm getting those next spring

Me personally from all the horror stories I've heard about installing and uninstalling headers I am going with BBK's. I love to save money but sometimes it isn't worth it. Plus I have seen ceramic BBK's for $429 plus s/h, thats only 40 dollars different.

I would HIGHLY recommend Stage 8 locking header bolts, but other than, no problems.
