Default which one is better?

I'm looking at deals for a plenum tb combo they have bbk, c&l, and accufab. The bbk and c&l are 300 and the accufab is 400 but they are both polished. Which is the better brand? And this would be my first thing to put on my car performance wise on my 99 GT should i get it? I know you guys would say to get 4 10's and that kind of stuff first but this is the first time i seen the prices this low for the plenum and tb and ill just get the other stuff after it. And is the c&l a good intake? or should i just go with k&n? Help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
