what do u all think bout these in place of the GT embelms...the 281 block embelm from autobadges.com........or the regular 281 embelms.

 

I really don't like replacing emblems, but thats me. If you like it, go for it.

 

I replaced mine on the fenders with ones that say 4.6 and the ford emblem on the back with 281 from autobadges. They are great and holding up strong.

 

I like 99-04 GT emblems.....I put them on the sides of my car, and in the rear in place of the ford emblem. Looks great. I think you should stick with them....I don't know why people want to advertise 281...or 232....its not like its impressive. Maybe you want a custom look, I don't know.

 

If you would do only do it on one side instead of both.

Meh.....symmetry is very important on a car IMO

 

for some reason, i like it saying the engine size rather the model the car... i like it saying 281 or 4.6... im still trying to decide if im gonna do it though. the 4.6 may be tempting in place of the ford badge....

has anyone ever thought of badging their car like a V6 and seeing how many people try to run it?

 

hahaha yeah when i see 232 or 281 im like, so? its when i see 505 or 350 thats when im impressed.

 

Racer, I was thinking the same thing. I was gonna buy the pony like the v6's have and put those on and maybe even putting a v6 rear bumper on. LOL.
