so i just installed my MGW today... wow best thing ive put on my stang so far.. i highly reccomend it to anyone looking for a short throw. i just ended up using the rtv sealant.. my throws were cut in half.. i never realized how sloppy the stock shifter was untill today

i like my steeda, but i'm biased as it is the only short throw i've owned. anything is better than stock though.

so you are biased too. you can't say something is the best just because you've owned and liked 2 different models of something from the same company.

I have my MGW and love it. a good friend had the tri ax, and it's a great shifter too. Most people however, if you poll the msg boards will sway towards the MGW.. but opinion is still all that matters...

what swung me towards mgw was the reuse of the factory dust boot.. it really cuts down on tranny noise and its got a 360 deg. adjustable handle

uhh, they're about the same (MGW vs. Tri-Ax). I've driven both. I personally like the angle on the tri-ax better while a friend of mine likes the MGW red handle better. Neither one is objectively "better" than the other and it still depends on the particular tranny you're using as they are different parts. In one case I might like the MGW but with a different tranny, the Tri-ax. I drove a car with the steeda cheaper one (non-tri-ax) and even that was pretty good... for the price, it was incredible.
