what brand headers are better than the others, are some not as good performance wise or not last as long for some reason

 

yes and yes...slp longtubes all the way!!! way pricey, but well worth it

 

I like my BBK headers, but I wish I just spent the extra money and bought SLP headers and mid-pipe.

 

I've heard JBAs are a royal bitch to install. BBK or SLPs get the most respect here. Which ever way you go, pony up the notes for ceramic or jet hot coated versions. You'll regret NOT doing it.

 

BBK, just because who wants to spend 700 on slp's.

 

700 on headers that $200 more than there competators. But there mid pipe is $100 less than other. $300 for a midpipe with cats. thats cheap. So really the set-up is really only a $100 more. Damn-it I should have gotten that.

I wish it could, but the slp headers and mid pipe are clamped together, they arent bolted together like all the other brands. so no.
