Default HELP!!

I have a 1996 GT and i have a problem. After I have been driving for 20+ minutes it feels like the driver side rear end is vibrating. At first i just thought it was my brake pads getin low and trying to grab, but I checked the pads and they're fine. Does anyone know what it could be? any help is much needed.

some info on it just incase it will help.

80k miles.
i've had it since last august.
i don't race in it so it couldnt be anything having to do with extreme stress i don't think.

HELP!!

Several things.

Warped rotors, axel bearings like O1stang said. An out of balance tire, uneven tire wear, etc etc etc. Get that checked out ASAP.
