underpullies= 6-7 hp, hand held tuner=8-10hp . get a tuner if your cars an auto it will help firm up your shifts. good luck!!

Can be installed in a day easy, and it's cheap, and you can get a large amount of power. 75-100 HP

That would definately be the most bang for buck, but for beginners I would go with a GOOD cat-back. It isn't the cheapest but it is one of the more simple mods.

rear gear - i know its not a gain in hp, but it is a mod that makes a big difference
