well, youre looking for LOUD right... then the cheapest way to achieve that is with an o/r pipe of somesort no matter what
from there, you'll want some sort of straight through muffler catback system
im not sure what you can get for 300 dollars though as uncatted pipes are running around 150, so a 150$ catback? i dont know
someone else who knows about cheap things will be along shortly...
( i wouldnt know cheap, my catback was too exspensive)

Umm, going to have to save up some more before you look into getting exhaust. Maybe start off with getting an o/r x/h pipe, whichever you prefer with some mil's and then save up for a catback after that.
